The Art of Lutradur: Folding, Form & Dimension
Experimental Textile Workshop at Eau Brink Studio
Explore the sculptural side of Lutradur in this creative textile workshop at Eau Brink Studio in West Norfolk.
This workshop focuses on shaping, folding and forming Lutradur to create dimensional surfaces and simple three-dimensional structures for textile art and mixed media work.
Working with several weights of Lutradur, you will experiment with folds, stitched joins, shaping techniques and layered forms while discovering how the material can move beyond flat surfaces into more sculptural ideas.
Through a series of guided experiments you will create a collection of dimensional samples exploring structure, texture and form in a relaxed and supportive environment.
