🌸 Bloom & Stitch with Ruth — a creative weekend of colour, fabric and free-machine embroidery 🌸

Join us for two relaxed and inspiring days at Eau Brink Studio as you design and stitch your own “Flowers in a Vase” textile artwork.

Working step by step with Ruth’s gentle guidance, you’ll explore how to build a composition, choose your flowers and develop your design in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. You’ll paint fabrics for your background and vase, then bring everything to life with free-machine embroidery, layering fabrics, stitch and subtle embellishment.

There’s plenty of time to experiment, ask questions and simply enjoy being immersed in making — no rushing, just a supportive atmosphere where your piece can evolve at its own pace.

By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave with a finished artwork ready to frame, along with new techniques and confidence to continue exploring at home.

💷 £70 for the full weekend
➕ £10 materials fee payable to Ruth on the first day

Please bring:
• Your sewing machine set up for free machining (or request a studio machine)
• A basic sewing kit
• Any favourite threads you’d like to use
• A frame if you wish to consider sizing (optional)

All other materials are provided.
