Join Angill Hill for an exciting one-day workshop where you’ll create a unique mixed media book with a beautiful raised effect textile cover. In this session, you’ll explore how to combine hand stitching techniques to design and craft your own fabric book cover, adding texture and personality with layers of fabric, thread, and embellishments. Once your cover is complete, you'll learn how to add in signatures to hand-bind the pages, creating a fully functional, personalized book.
This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in both textile art and basic bookmaking, whether you’re new to these crafts or looking to expand your skills.
All materials are provided, so come ready to get creative! Bring your sewing kit.
