We’re delighted to welcome back Alison Hulme, one of our much-loved regular tutors, for her lively and inspiring Print All You Can workshops.

Renowned for her expertise in printmaking — and for her infectious humour — Alison creates workshops that are full of energy, laughter, and creative confidence. Her teaching style is warm, generous, and highly engaging, making these days a firm favourite with returning participants.

During the workshop, you’ll explore textile printmaking using Thermofax screens and vibrant acrylic paints. Alison will guide you through the process step by step, sharing her extensive collection of screens and demonstrating how to use them effectively to achieve bold, expressive results.

You’ll learn about:

• Using Thermofax screens for textile printing

• Colour mixing and layering

• Working with fabric medium for durable prints

• Developing confidence and flow in your printing

Each day stands alone, but if you choose to book both days, you’ll have time to deepen your exploration, refine your techniques, and build a rich body of printed work across the weekend.

These workshops are suitable for all skill levels — whether you’re new to printmaking or looking to expand an existing practice. Alison’s supportive approach ensures everyone feels encouraged to experiment and take creative risks.

Expect a busy, sociable studio, plenty of demonstrations, individual guidance, and lots of laughter alongside the making.
